There can be no question that these laws were broken. There may be criminal prosecutions.

We also know:

Ballots left behind in a rental car were discovered by an Avis employee at Fort Lauderdale Airport.

Florida congressman Matt Gaetz was blocks from observing a location were ballots were being loading into a truck. This is on video.

A judge has ruled that Snipes violated state election laws.

Snipes mixed in rejected ballots with good ballots. Broward submitted vote totals that include ballots disqualified by canvassing board (as reported by @MiamiHerald).

Palm Beach illegally made duplicate ballots without submitting to canvassing board.

As to Snipes shameful history:

In 2017 a Judge finds unlawful ballot destruction in Wasserman Schultz race.

In 2016 Broward election results were posted before polls closed.

In 2012 Broward finds nearly 1000 ballots days after the election.

In 2004 Snipes blamed the USPS for losing 58,000 ballots, then later announced that only 6000 ballots had disappeared.
