I don't know for sure, but I have reason to suspect:
1) Hillary Clinton used bleachbit to wipe some of the servers, and smashed as many devices as she could with a hammer.
2) Several of the severs were broken apart, and found in the closet of a highly paid family of Pakistani criminals, who were hired by Wasserman-Schultz and given emergency top-secret clearances.
3) Several of the ballots were handed to Brenda Snipes, who illegally destroyed many of them, and many others were found in the trunk of a rental car in Tampa.
4) Obama created a $5 billion website (which should have cost 2% of that) to help with the process, but the site immediately broke.
5) Democrats still using John Podesta's old password: "PASSWORD"
So just the usual democrat stuff.
When the democrats started that "learn to code" meme, they were not being dismissive, or sarcastic, they really need to find somebody who can do it.
