That is the chant used by "Black Lives Matter." A group supported by Hillary Clinton.
There was no altercation. It was a premeditated murder by a cop hater.
Small wonder there is so much hatred against law enforcement, when news outlet like CNN push the narrative that police are out hunting black men to murder.
In the Michael Brown case, CNN pushed the narrative that Brown was shot while surrendering, with his hands up. This started the "hands up don't shoot" meme.
The entire narrative has been proved to be nothing more than a media fabrication. But not everybody knows that.
The false story led to violent riots, and an unjustified hatred of police.
